Long and not so bloody runs...
Today I extended my run a few meters... the run began very slowly... It took at least 25 minutes for my body to kick in and for my legs to feel as if the running was a normal activity. I haven't eaten nopales for at least a week now. But, have been putting ground flax seeds (and ground sunflower seeds; the #1 source for the best Vitamin E) in most of my meals. It turns out that the mucilage in the flax seeds is sufficient for protecting the mucus membrane from whatever it was in the run that caused the bleeding... Tomorrow is our day resting day.
